Materials List
Honors American, AP Literature, and AP Language

1. 3-Ring Notebook (2-3 inches)
*You can share with another class, but you will need at least 2+ inches for the handouts I give.
2. Pens (blue/black) and Pencils
*Students should bring one of each every day.
3. 3-4 packs of loose College-Ruled Paper
4. 2-3 Highlighters
*Any color. Yellow usually works the best on photocopied articles.
5. Spiral Bound Reading Journal
*College-Ruled preferred.
6. Sticky/Post-It Note Tabs
*We will use these to mark and annotate novels.
Before the First Day
1. Summer Reading *Due Friday, August 12th
+10 on each assignment turned in on/before the first day of school.
2. Bring all Summer Reading books to class and materials.
3. Check out the class website. I have already posted the calendar and syllabus.
4. Get Organized Using Technology
